As we started our journey a decade ago, we sought to be known for great work, great people, and fair prices. Who could have guessed that we would accomplish everything we set out to do within the first few years? And, as the years went on, Salon Sora has become one of the premier salons in Boca Raton. Something we are very proud of.
As a small business we know the importance of every single client, and how imperative it is to excel and deliver beautiful results each time someone visits us. We also know, that just like most other industries, the science of hair continues to evolve, expand, and improve.
At Salon Sora, we are dedicated to staying educated on the latest trends and innovations in haircare and hair fashions. We continue to use only the finest products. Products such as Goldwell, Alfaparf, Kerasilk, Olaplex, Zenagen, and Davines. Our stylists travel to New York City every year for continuing education to keep their skill set as current and sharp as possible. And internal classes at our nearly 5000 square foot salon happen regularly. This ensures a great customer experience for everyone that walks through our door.
One of the comments that make us most proud is when clients express how happy the staff are and how incredibly positive the energy feels to them. Often our clients call Salon Sora their “happy place”. It’s one thing to get a great color or cut, but to get that same quality in a space that allows you to relax, unwind, and feel at peace, beautify, and put in some “me” time — that’s a whole other experience all together. The calming sky-blue color of the walls, high ceilings, open floor plan, and roof-top Zen inspired retreat all help to create an experience like no other in South Florida. We’re the only salon we know of in South Florida that sits on top of a seven-story building and overlooks the Boca Raton skyline!
Most of our team members we began with 10 years ago are still here. We select the finest stylists with a reputation for excellence and personality and we invest considerable resources in furthering their training to ensure they remain at the top of their game. We also invest in our assistants’ education to ensure a new and steady stream of competent hair stylist that will pick up the reigns when their time comes to go to the floor.
So, what’s next?
- Salon Sora is currently in the midst of renovation – new chairs, new sinks, new stations, and new lighting. We believe this keeps our space looking fresh and contemporary, thereby always ensuring that your visits help you enjoy your time spent with us.
- Salon Sora will always continue to focus on innovation so we can bring you the finest in hair care techniques, treatments, and hair care maintenance products. Our in-salon treatments will keep your hair looking it’s best, and any product you purchase is backed by a return policy if you feel it isn’t the right one for your hair.
- We continue to grow with the Town Center area which is seeing dramatic increases in both business and residential populations and continue to support community causes. The team at Salon Sora believes in giving back and paying it forward. To that end they are constantly donating their time and talents to a multitude of charities such as JAFCO, Susan B Komen, Cystic Fibrosis, Kids in Distress, Dress for Success, and The Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach, to name just a few. We believe that each one of us must do their part to help those less fortunate, or who may be going through a life changing experience using the special gifts we were blessed with – bringing beauty to others so they can go out in the world with pride and confidence.
